Kasha created a series of robotic stuffed animals that respond to human touch. They represent animals that have been used for various experiments as part of scientific research in various fields. She supplements them with a description of the short life of individual animals, which is actually their obituary and at the same time a historical record of the aforementioned scientific progress.
Medium: Interactive Installation
Material: 7 ready-made textile objects with authorial intervention
Textile robotic toys that react to human touch. They emit sound, a mouse moves in its cage. Some animals do not have a robotic core and are merely taxidermic sculptures, eliminating the massiveness of abused animals (test LD500, etc). The animals are placed in space on metal rods of various lengths, non-statically placed on wooden animal pads to eliminate the fragility of small creatures.
