an artistic response to the painful despair of climate crises and the environment. The lake where the artist grew up has changed as intensively and rapidly as the planet during the Anthropocene.
"I had plans for a lake in Uzhhorod. When I come, I will make my own residence there, and I will also present it with an exhibition. Inspired by the people around and a cool concert. But what I saw there disappointed me so much that the strength and desire to make this world better drowned in the same garbage.
I suffer from the way the cult of one god, imperialism, capitalism, patriarchy has separated us from nature. It is strange that acting simply like an animal, but with consciousness, we have forgotten whom we are grateful to, and the concept of money motivates us, nature adjusts to itself. We lost the Gods of Nature when we were forced to force a foreign Byzantine cold god. Religion is based on fear and suffering, isn't that enough for us?
I pray to my gods that people wake up.
Floods, droughts, famine and wars are not karma, and the gods command us, but the work of human consciousness. Think a little about the consequences of how you live. And not only for you."
